MÄZEN and Placebo created a gathering with a focus in contemporary art, presented alongside a curated program of ambient and experimental listening sessions, tailored drinks, and natural wine.

At the heart of this edition, the showroom presents Hypertext and Hyperflesh, two interactive works by Colombian multidisciplinary artist Andrea Otoya Covelli exploring the body as commodity in contemporary digital culture.

Hypertext combines a ten-metre jacquard textile with a hand-operated scrolling mechanism, drawing a historical link between early weaving technologies — the jacquard loom, a forerunner of computer punch-card systems — and today's image-based economies. Visitors themselves activate the piece, using their own bodies to scroll through an analog stream of images, echoing the endless self-disclosure of online life. Reflecting on beauty standards, visibility, and self-commodification, the work examines how the body has become both medium and resource within systems of relentless production and consumption.

Hyperflesh explores the body as a site of desire, consumption, and social value. Oversized inflatable sculptures, covered in synthetic fabrics and luxury-inspired patterns, embody what the artist calls the "pneumatic body" — a hyper-feminized, voluptuous figure shaped by plastic surgery, media representation, and male desire. Playful and tactile, the sculptures invite visitors to touch, move, and activate them, blurring the line between plaything and commodity, and questioning how bodies are constructed, displayed, and consumed.

Alongside the show, the musical programme unfolds across two days, bringing together premiere performances, DJ sets, and special B2Bs from a diverse selection of artists.
